Welcome to the Tahiti Nui. I am Mauro the ravioli man, currently acting Chef, Italian translator, Tequila quality controller and sweet Harmonica music maker. Originally from Torino in the north of Italy, I spent 20yrs in California and I am now blessed to have my son Marco here helping me both in the kitchen and helping me make this beautiful island our home.

Cooking is my passion, raised in Italy life revolved around not just food...but good food. There is no cutting corners when it comes to the kitchen, fresh local produce and homemade pasta and top quality imports, we Italians take pride in our food and this is no exception.

I'm in the kitchen Tuesday through Saturday so come down and see me!
